Questions people ask first

How much does turf cleaning cost?
Flat prices by size — $249, $349, or $499 — plus add-ons for pet odor and first-time deep cleans. You get a firm number from the quote tool, not a range.
Do you need to come out before quoting?
No. Measure your turf on a satellite map, answer two questions, get a real price in about a minute. Over 2,500 sq ft we quote in person, because guessing at that size helps nobody.
How often should turf be cleaned?
Once a year suits most Phoenix-area yards. Dogs, heavy shade, or nearby dust all shorten that — and the smell usually comes back before the appearance does.
Is it safe for pets and kids?
Yes. Removing what causes the smell rather than covering it is the whole difference between cleaning turf and rinsing it. The surface is ready to use once it's dry.
Do I pay it all up front?
No. $50 holds your window and comes off the total — it isn't an extra fee. The rest is settled once the work is done, and we don't keep your card.

Your fake grass called.
It's begging.
