The one condition, in plain English
The price holds as long as the yard matches what you told us. If we show up and it's double the size, or there are three dogs instead of one, we'll walk it with you, show you exactly what's different, and give you the corrected price before we touch anything. Don't like it? Send us home. You won't owe us a dollar.
What we will never do is start the work and hand you a bigger bill at the end. That's the whole promise.
